Is a running toilet actually urgent?
Not dangerous, but it's one of the biggest silent wastes of water in a home. If you're on a meter it's costing you every single day.
Can you fix a toilet or does it need replacing?
The large majority are repairable — syphons, valves and seals are all replaceable parts. We'll only recommend a new suite if the pan or cistern itself is cracked.
Water is appearing on the floor around the base — how bad is that?
Worth dealing with quickly. A failed pan connector leaks every flush, and it soaks into the floor rather than showing up as an obvious puddle.
Do you fit new toilets as well?
Yes — supply and fit, or fit an item you've bought yourself. Either is fine.
